Strengths and skills needed:
– Detail oriented
– A love for working outdoors
– Possess strong customer service skills
– Previous experience in the field or in a carpentry background is a plus
– A positive can-do attitude
Role Requirements and Description:
– Comfortable with heights, climbing up and down a ladder, and able to lift 50lbs or more
– Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License and pass background check
– Ability to work independently and as a team player
– Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
– Collaborate with the office team & field coordinator in order to provide the customer
excellent service
– Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services that create
value
– Build ongoing positive relationships with customers
– Prepare and submit daily reports
Compensation and Benefits:
– Competitive compensation that rewards a job well done ($23-$28/hr).
– Each new technician participates in a mandatory training period. Once passed, the technician is issued a company truck outfitted with necessary tools to perform the services we provide (Toyota Tacoma).
