Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries
Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Source and attract quality candidates through various channels
Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements
Coordinate the interview and selection process between clients and candidates
Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar role (3-5 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its processes
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with recruitment software and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary
