Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Source and attract quality candidates through various channels
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements
  • Coordinate the interview and selection process between clients and candidates
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar role (3-5 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its processes
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with recruitment software and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary
