Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Detailing and Reconditioning Specialist! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to pristine condition, ensuring each car meets our high standards of cleanliness and appearance. Your expertise will help enhance vehicle value and customer satisfaction through meticulous cleaning, buffing, paint correction, and reconditioning processes. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior washing, including hand washing and automated car wash procedures, to remove dirt and grime effectively.
- Conduct vehicle paint correction using automotive buffers and polishing tools to eliminate scratches, swirl marks, and surface imperfections.
- Execute interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, dashboard wiping, and window tinting to ensure a spotless cabin environment.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and custodial techniques to maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility and work areas.
- Safely operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions during inspection and reconditioning processes.
- Apply safe work practices consistently while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating automotive buffers or buffing machines.
- Assist with vehicle exterior finishing touches, including window cleaning and applying protective coatings to preserve vehicle appearance.
- Support customer service efforts by communicating professionally with clients about vehicle condition and detailing services provided.
Skills
- Proficiency in standard passenger car operation and manual transmission driving.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing tools.
- Experience with vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, and window tinting procedures.
- Familiarity with auto detailing facility operations, cleaning equipment, and janitorial or custodial practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of safe work practices when handling automotive buffers, cleaning chemicals, and equipment maintenance.
- Prior experience in car wash operations or auto detailing is highly desirable for success in this role.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
