Tree Care Advisor / Estimator & Operations Supervisor
Tree West – Fort Myers, FL
Tree West is looking for an experienced Tree Care Advisor / Estimator & Operations Supervisor to join our growing tree care operation in Southwest Florida.
This is a key position combining tree care knowledge, estimating, sales, customer communication, and field operations supervision. We are looking for someone who can evaluate tree work, prepare accurate proposals, communicate professionally with customers, and help ensure our crews complete each job safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
ISA Certified Arborist certification is preferred but not required. We are willing to support the right experienced candidate in obtaining ISA certification.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate tree care needs
- Inspect trees and palms and recommend appropriate trimming, pruning, removal, or other tree care services
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Sell tree trimming, removals, and other tree care services
- Identify tree health concerns, hazards, and proper pruning requirements
- Clearly explain recommendations and proposed work to customers
- Review job scopes with crews before work begins
- Help coordinate and organize daily tree operations
- Supervise crews and monitor job quality, productivity, and safety
- Perform job-site visits before, during, and after work when needed
- Ensure jobs are completed according to the approved scope and estimated labor requirements
- Help resolve customer or field issues
- Monitor equipment use, job-site organization, and crew performance
- Work closely with management to improve production, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong previous experience in the tree care or tree service industry
- Excellent understanding of tree trimming, pruning, removals, and safe tree work practices
- Knowledge of Florida trees and palms strongly preferred
- Ability to evaluate tree work and accurately estimate labor, equipment, and job requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable selling and recommending tree care services
- Previous crew leadership, supervision, or operations experience preferred
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Valid Florida driver’s license required
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Primarily Monday through Friday
- Occasional Saturday work is required when workload, scheduling, emergencies, or customer needs require it
- Must be flexible and willing to support field operations when necessary
Compensation
Base salary plus performance incentives.
Expected total compensation is approximately $65,000–$100,000+ per year, depending on experience, qualifications, sales ability, operational performance, and overall results.
Additional compensation potential is available for exceptional performance.
Company vehicle and phone will be provided.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
