As an AT&T Customer Representative, you are the midday check-in that saves a real estate agency from discovering their internet is down right before a virtual open house. The AT&T Customer Representative will visit businesses throughout their area, monitor the performance of their AT&T Business services, and intervene before small issues become expensive problems.
Core Functions of the AT&T Customer Representative
- Serve as the primary point of contact for businesses seeking in-person information about AT&T Business wireless, mobility, and connectivity solutions.
- Assist customers with service inquiries in person by providing sales guidance on AT&T Business plans, account options, and communication services.
- Strengthen customer relationships through sales communication and solution-oriented service that encourages long-term loyalty.
- Assist business customers in understanding available AT&T Business offerings that align with their communication and operational needs.
- Support account management efforts by maintaining accurate customer information and service documentation.
