WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will serve as a point of contact for homeowners who need help understanding their roofing options. The role combines customer communication, field activity, organization, and ongoing professional development.
You will:
- Meet with homeowners to learn about concerns and project requirements
- Inspect roofing systems and record relevant information
- Explain restoration and replacement options in a clear, professional way
- Help coordinate appointments and communicate with internal teams
- Stay connected with customers as projects move forward
- Keep customer information and sales activity current in the CRM
- Take part in regular training, coaching, and skill development
The goal is simple: provide homeowners with a professional experience while developing the skills needed to succeed in residential sales.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Your development begins with structured onboarding and continues throughout your career. Training includes:
- Two-day Fundamentals Training
- 12-week Sales Development Program
- Field training alongside experienced sales leaders
- Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
