Job Title: Experienced Screen Printer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced screen printer to join our production team. This position is dedicated exclusively to operating a screen printing press. The role is designed to maximize productivity by allowing the printer to focus solely on printing.
This is not a general production position. Your primary responsibility is producing high-quality printed garments efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual screen printing press efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain accurate print registration and ink coverage.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining print quality.
- Communicate with production staff regarding job progress.
- Keep your printing station organized during production.
What You Will Not Be Responsible For
To maximize your earning potential, other production tasks are handled by separate team members. You will not be responsible for:
- Cleaning screens
- Reclaiming screens
- Catching shirts off the dryer
- Folding garments
- Packaging orders
- Final quality control inspections
Your focus is printing.
Requirements
- Previous professional manual screen printing experience is required.
- Ability to consistently produce quality prints at high production speeds.
- Strong understanding of registration, off-contact, ink control, and production printing techniques.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Self-motivated with a production mindset.
Compensation
