Qualified Automotive Body Preparer Jobs in Benoni, Gauteng 1501 at Wolf Works Garage
Inspect vehicles before preparation with panel beater to ascertain that repair has no waves and is correct
Work with Operations Team to identify the work that needs to be carried out
Prepare the panels using appropriate grit of papers
Inspect for 95% fit together with Quality
Primer the panels
Block the panels ensuring 100% readiness
Prep vehicle to be handed over to painting department
Apply proper preparation techniques and standards (Not negotiable)
Assist other departments whenever required e.g. painting department with masking
Deliver 1 correctly prepared vehicle every 2 hours as this is a speed shop
Highly pressurised environment so requires total commitment and experience
