Automotive Lift Services — part of the Ragsdale Brands family — sells, installs, services, and inspects the car lifts that dealerships and shops can’t run a bay without. We ship nationwide and we rank #1 on Google across the country. What we need now is a hunter who can land the big fish: the multi-store dealer group, the tire chain, the collision network — and become their equipment guy for every location, every new store, every reorder.
THE PATH TO $100k+:
- Start with a real base you can live on while you build your book.
- Residual commission: you get paid on EVERYTHING an account buys — first store to fiftieth, for as long as they buy. Land a couple of dealer groups and you’re at $80k+ fast.
- Great hunters here clear $85k in year one and grow every year after — because the book you build keeps paying you.
- When you’ve proven you can land accounts AND own them across locations, that’s exactly who we promote to run a region or a branch. That seat clears $100k+ with profit share. No cap.
- We’re building this to go public. The hunters who build it with us get paid like owners.
WHO WINS HERE (the profile):
- Rejection doesn’t sting you. You’ve been told “no” a thousand times, and you’re already dialing the next fixed-ops director.
- Asking for the sale feels natural — not pushy, just what you do.
- Talking to people all day — dealer principals, service directors, facilities leads — energizes you instead of draining you.
- You’re money-motivated and honest about it.
- You’re consistent. You work the pipeline whether or not anyone’s watching.
- You take great notes. You remember which store opens in Q3 and who signs there.
- People LIKE talking to you. You’re direct, but you’re not a jerk.
- You’re smart — we sell complex equipment to experienced people, and you’ll need to actually know your stuff.
- Good with basic math (quotes, margins, freight) and quick with numbers.
- Valid driver’s license — you’ll be on the road.
- Pig-headed discipline: when there’s a warm list, you call it hundreds of times. When there’s not, you cold call and drive to dealer lots all day. When it takes nights and weekends to land the account, you work nights and weekends.
