As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you’ll meet with our customers in person who are eager to upgrade how they stay in touch with the world. The Entry Level Sales Agent’s journey begins with dedicated sales training where they’ll learn sales techniques, master the art of matching plans to our customers, and develop the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Agent
- Engage customers in person to understand their needs and recommend AT&T 5G smartphones and data plans that support seamless streaming and reliable connectivity.
- Provide guidance during sales conversations to help customers select AT&T wireless solutions with the right data allowances and network performance.
- Build customer confidence by explaining AT&T 5G network benefits for fast downloads and stable connections in simple terms.
- Identify upgrade opportunities through attentive listening and guide customers toward newer AT&T devices with improved battery life and 5G capabilities.
- Promote current AT&T offers on 5G smartphones and unlimited data plans to create additional sales opportunities.
- Convert customer interest into completed sales by addressing questions and supporting smooth AT&T wireless activations.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Agent
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Genuine passion for sales or customer support is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented in managing data and documentation during sales processes.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Quick learner who can confidently understand new products, services, and promotions.
Pay: $51,175.91 – $60,674.21 per year
