Position: Shop Personnel
Birlings Bovines LLC- Black Creek, WI
JOB Description
Schedule: Full-Time Start Time: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to change as operations require)
Work Schedule & Hours: 5 days one week, 6 days the following week * Off every Sunday and every other Monday!
Average 55 hours per week Overtime paid after 10 hours in a single day.
Pay: Starting will be discussed upon interview.
Pay increases based on proven experience, skills, and performance.
Other incentives available- will be discussed during interview process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate farm equipment, construction equipment, and Heavy trucks, When needed.
- Have working knowledge of tools and proper tool use.
- Assist with daily farm operations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records for equipment use, maintenance, and issues.
- Keep work areas clean and organized; clean up after each shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and farm policies.
- Doing basic maintance on different farm equipment.
Qualifications:
*******Experience running farm or heavy equipment preferred

- Knowledge of basic mechanical skills and tool use.
- Ability to stay organized and keep detailed records
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work long hours when needed.
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
