Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Position Summary
Season to Season Landscaping is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a professional landscape maintenance crew.
The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for completing daily routes safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards while leading and working alongside the crew. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can manage people, understands professional landscape maintenance, and takes ownership of the finished product.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew each day.
- Complete assigned mowing and maintenance routes on schedule.
- Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and general property cleanup.
- Ensure every property is left clean and professionally maintained.
- Assign daily responsibilities and keep crew members productive.
- Train crew members on proper mowing, maintenance, and equipment techniques.
- Inspect completed work before leaving each property.
- Identify and communicate property issues, damage, irrigation problems, plant concerns, or additional work needed.
- Safely operate commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscape equipment.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools clean and organized.
- Properly load, secure, and transport equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures at all times.
- Track daily work and communicate route completion to management.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers, builders, property managers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous professional landscape maintenance experience required.
- Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of professional mowing and landscape maintenance practices.
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
- Ability to lead a crew while also working alongside the team.
- Ability to manage time, productivity, and daily schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and ability to arrive to work on time.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
- Ability to safely drive a truck and landscape trailer is strongly preferred.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
