Experienced Jaguar & Land Rover Technician — Full Time

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Jaguar and Land Rover Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain JLR vehicles with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern diagnostic systems, manufacturer‑specific repair procedures, and a dedicated JLR service environment.
Our JLR department is expanding from two full‑time technicians to three, supported by six dedicated service bays coming online in October. This added capacity will increase daily throughput and improve workflow efficiency. We are looking for an experienced — and preferably JLR‑certified — technician who takes pride in technical accuracy and premium customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using JLR‑specific tools, SDD/Pathfinder, electrical schematics, and advanced diagnostic equipment
- Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, driveline, suspension, brakes, and powertrain components
- Execute routine maintenance such as oil services, tire work, alignments, and multipoint inspections
- Follow Jaguar Land Rover repair procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
- Maintain clear, audit‑ready repair order notes
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Participate in ongoing training, certification, and manufacturer updates
Qualifications
- Jaguar Land Rover certification strongly preferred
- Proven dealership experience with JLR or other luxury brands
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting capability
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately
- 3–5 years professional automotive technician experience
- Commitment to accuracy, transparency, and high‑quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
