Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to ensure healthy growth and attractive appearance.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Support tree trimming, pruning, and shrubbery care to promote safety and aesthetic appeal.
- Identify various plants, flowers, trees, and pests to aid in proper landscape management and pest control strategies.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as debris removal, soil preparation, fertilization, and pest management using appropriate pesticides when necessary.Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor environments is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care practices will be beneficial.
- Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and hoes effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
