Salary: $19-20/hour
Company is seeking dependable Press Technicians to join their manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in press operation, rubber molding, machine operation, and product inspection who are looking for a stable, full time position. If you’re reliable, comfortable using basic hand and air tools, and able to thrive in a fast paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Operate Rep rubber molding machines.
- Remove and de-mold parts.
- Inspect products to ensure quality.
- Complete required paperwork legibly.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow general housekeeping and recycling practices.
- Follow company policies and quality and environmental systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general machine operation and inspection practices.
- Ability to use basic hand and air tools.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to perform moderate physical work, stand for eight hours, and repetitively lift up to 40 pounds.
Job Specifications:
- 1st Shift: $19/hour

- Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift: $20/hour

- Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
