At Crème de la Crème, our facilities team plays a key role in the school’s daily success. You help keep classrooms, hallways, and common areas clean, safe, and ready for children to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do
- Clean classrooms, floors, restrooms, and hallways
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely according to instructions
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling according to school procedures
- Move cleaning supplies and equipment between rooms as needed
You’re a great fit if you…
- Have at least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience (or equivalent experience/education)
- Are comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, dust, and noise
- Can follow oral and written instructions
- Can transport supplies and equipment between areas
- Can perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing
- Can read, write, and speak English to communicate with staff, children, and families
