Customer Account Representative
Peninsula Wireless Services is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, learn about their wireless service needs, explain available wireless options, and help guide them through the account and enrollment process.
Responsibilities of a Customer Account Representative
- Meet with customers face-to-face and learn about their wireless needs
- As a Customer Account Representative,explain available wireless plans, services, devices, and current promotions
- Recommend options that fit each customer’s needs
- Assist with new account enrollment and service setup
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Attend ongoing Customer Account Representative training dedicated to customer account management, wireless services, and sales development
Qualifications of a Customer Account Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional approach
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Organized and attentive to account details
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn
- Dependable and able to work independently and with a team
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
