Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Clean floors using various techniques such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to preserve their appearance and longevity.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and operate cleaning equipment effectively to maximize productivity.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Adhere to time management practices to complete scheduled tasks promptly without compromising quality.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to outdoor work environments when applicable.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building positive relationships with clients through respectful communication and reliable service.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and manual handling safety practices is desirable.
- Experience working outdoors or in varied environments can be beneficial for certain assignments.
- Strong time management skills combined with the ability to handle heavy lifting safely are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent client communication skills are important for understanding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $17.25 – $18.00 per hour
