Mastercraft Industries, Inc., home of Holiday Kitchens, is actively seeking applications for General Production to join our team in Rice Lake, WI in a variety of positions in our production departments. We have openings for 2nd Shift. Mastercraft Industries, Inc. offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package and a Bi-Weekly Production Bonus.
Responsibilities of these positions may include operation of various woodworking tools and machines used in the production of custom cabinets. These may include hand-held power sanders, table saws, and shapers.
Doors Department
- Cut, shape, and sand cabinet door panels and parts using a variety of tools, including orbital hand sanders, saws, shapers, and routers.
- Support CNC machining processes and perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while handling tools and equipment.
- Inspect parts and materials for defects or inconsistencies before and during assembly, ensuring only quality components are used.
- Meet production deadlines by working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
