Position Summary
As a Customer Service Sales Floor Associate, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing solutions for their projects. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn about hardware, tools, lawn and garden, paint, and home improvement products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful manner
- Provide product recommendations and project solutions
- Help customers locate merchandise throughout the store
- Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays
- Operate cash register and handle transactions as needed
- Assist with putting away inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor
- Support team members and contribute to store goals
- Stay informed about product features and promotions
