Duties
- Assist with the assembly, loading, and unloading of materials and products throughout the production line
- Operate basic tools and equipment following safety protocols to support manufacturing processes
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, moving materials or products as needed to meet production targets
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and organizing supplies
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to GMP guidelines
- Experience with PPE use and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced setting
- Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is a plus but not required
