Location: Apex, NC – near I-540
Pay: $15.00/hour for the first 90 days
Schedule: Full-time only; approximately 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Six-day availability is strongly preferred

We are hiring a dependable and highly accurate E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate for our growing e-commerce warehouse in Apex, NC.
This person will take ownership of the daily fulfillment process for our eBay and Poshmark stores. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order is packed correctly, shipped on time, and delivered to the correct customer.
Accuracy is critical. We need someone who double-checks their work, catches problems before packages leave the warehouse, and understands that even one incorrect shipment creates unnecessary costs and a poor customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Print daily eBay and Poshmark packing slips
- Print and verify shipping labels
- Match every item to the correct order and customer
- Pack merchandise safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Double-check every package before sealing it
- Confirm item, quantity, size, color, address, and shipping label accuracy
- Ensure all orders are shipped within the required handling time
- Prevent missed, duplicate, incomplete, and incorrect shipments
- Respond professionally and promptly to eBay and Poshmark customer-service messages
- Resolve routine order, shipping, return, and customer-service issues
- Escalate unusual or serious customer issues to management
- Organize completed USPS packages for daily carrier pickup
- Schedule UPS pickups and coordinate directly with UPS when necessary
- Maintain accurate shipping records and communicate any carrier problems
- Keep the packing and fulfillment areas clean and organized
- Monitor daily order volume and immediately report anything that could cause late shipments
- Assist other shipping and fulfillment departments after all eBay and Poshmark responsibilities are completed
- Perform other related fulfillment duties as needed

- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willing to assist other departments when primary work is complete
- Previous e-commerce, shipping, warehouse, eBay, or Poshmark experience is strongly preferred
Schedule Requirements
- This is a full-time position only
- Typical hours are approximately 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Candidates who can work six days per week are strongly preferred
- Weekend availability is required
- Additional hours may occasionally be available or required during periods of high order volume

Compensation and Growth
The starting pay is $15.00 per hour for the first 90 days.
Performance will be reviewed after the initial 90-day period. Raises will be considered for team members who demonstrate:
