Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs for the building, equipment, and grounds
- Inspect areas regularly to identify and fix maintenance issues
- Assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
- Keep common areas, tools, and equipment clean, safe, and organized
- Respond to maintenance requests and support safety checks and facility operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical job duties as required
