We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee our field personnel and ensure exceptional project execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Review new projects, plan for efficient execution, and ensure quality control.
· Proactive project manager that anticipates and addresses possible issues to ensure client expectations are met.
· Ability to manage and hold a team accountable to complete tasks on a deadline.
· Conduct job kick-offs and regularly visit sites to monitor progress and address any concerns.
· Ensure projects meet the highest standards of workmanship based on Archadeck standards.
· Conduct regular quality checks throughout construction.
· Oversee final clean-up and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.
· Take on additional duties as assigned.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in project and staff management.
· Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with homeowners.
· Construction experience is preferred, but not necessary.
· A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the Chicagoland area up to 75% of your workday.
