We need a reliable Maintenance Man to keep our property safe and running well.
Job Details
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Pay: Negotiable based on skills and experience
- Location: Franklin County, MO area
What You Will Do (Including but limited to)
- Fix plumbing issues like leaks and clogged drains. Install hot water heaters & toilets.
- Handle basic electrical work like changing switches and lights.
- Do carpentry tasks like fixing doors, walls, and cabinets.
- Keep properties safe and in good shape for tenants.
What You Must Have
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Your own basic tools.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- A strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, people skills, and punctuality.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
