Lead Masonry / Paver Installer – $24–$29/hr

Full-Time | $24–$29/hour DOE
We are looking for an experienced Lead Masonry / Paver Installer to join our crew.
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE. This is not an entry-level position.
Experience Required:
- Paver installation
- Stack block and retaining wall installation
- Block/CMU laying
- Concrete and masonry work
- Grading, layout, and site preparation
- Ability to read plans and follow job specifications
- Experience leading and working alongside a crew
- Ability to operate common construction tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Must have previous masonry and/or paver installation experience
- Must live in or near Antioch, CA
- Able to lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be willing to work hands-on alongside the crew
Pay: $24–$29 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
