What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembly Worker, you will assist with the production and assembly of manufactured products and components. Responsibilities may include:
- Assembling components according to work instructions and specifications
- Working with small parts and various components
- Performing hands-on assembly and production tasks
- Following established manufacturing and safety procedures
- Inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy
- Identifying and reporting defects or quality concerns
- Maintaining an organized and safe work area
- Meeting production and quality expectations
- Working as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently

Successful candidates should be:
- Dependable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly work
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willing to learn new processes and take direction
- Able to consistently work the full 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Monday–Friday schedule
Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
