Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management of the assisted living facility, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional resident experiences
- Supervise care staff, including nursing personnel and caregiving teams, fostering teamwork and professional development
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory care, and developmental disabilities
- Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards across all facility activities
- Oversee medication administration processes to guarantee accuracy and safety in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Manage facility budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive home & community care services tailored to individual needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nursing home administration or assisted living management with a strong background in senior care settings
- Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and memory support strategies
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams within residential or healthcare facilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in disability services is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial management including budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent organizational skills combined with a passion for enhancing quality of life for seniors through compassionate care
