ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
CONWAY, NH | $28.38/HOUR | 35 HOURS/WEEK | HYBRID

Northern Human Services is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor who brings accuracy, organization, and a positive approach to every workday. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead daily accounts payable operations, support an Accounts Payable Associate, and partner with the Controller to strengthen processes and keep the Finance Department running smoothly.

This full-time position offers a 35-hour workweek and a hybrid schedule of three days in our Conway office and two days remote each week. Hybrid eligibility is maintained based on satisfactory job performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Supervise, train, and encourage the Accounts Payable Associate
- Oversee AP processing, approvals, payments, and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain vendor records, banking information, W-9s, certificates of insurance, and 1099 reporting
- Administer Sage Intacct and Bill.com workflows
- Identify opportunities to strengthen AP procedures and internal controls
- Support the Finance team with assigned reporting and related responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- At least two years of accounts payable experience
- Supervisory or team-lead experience
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Bill.com, or comparable systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through
- A positive, supportive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
