About The Wireless Solutions Specialist Position
We are seeking a Wireless Solutions Specialist to connect with customers and support wireless service initiatives in the Burlingame area. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, communication, and sales responsibilities.
The right candidate will be comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, explaining mobile service options, and following through with customers throughout the enrollment process.
What You’ll Do As A Wireless Solutions Specialist
- Represent wireless services in a professional, approachable manner while creating a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Speak directly with customers to understand their mobile service needs, preferences, and current concerns, then help identify options that fit their individual situations.
- Explain wireless plans, features, service options, and account details clearly and accurately so customers can make informed decisions.
- Assist customers with enrollment, service activations, account-related questions, and other routine requests while providing helpful and attentive support throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer information, complete required documentation, and follow established procedures to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
- Collaborate withWireless Solutions Specialist teammates and leadership to support daily customer service activities, maintain consistent performance, and work toward team and operational objectives.
- Build positive, lasting customer relationships through honest communication, attentive service, dependable follow-through, and a genuine commitment to meeting customer needs.
What We’re Looking For In A Wireless Solutions Specialist
- Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
- Professional, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
- Previous sales, retail, wireless, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn product information and communicate it accurately.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
