Industrial Carpenter – Metal Roofing & Siding
Location: Coeur d’Alene, ID
Pay: $25.00+ per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Carpenter with experience installing metal roofing and metal siding. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently or as part of a crew, and is comfortable working in an industrial construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Install metal roofing, wall panels, and metal siding
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Install trim, flashing, closures, and other finishing components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
- Perform framing and general carpentry work as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Work at heights, including on roofs and elevated work areas
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial carpentry required
- Experience installing metal roofing and metal siding is required
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
- Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Opportunity for overtime based on project needs
