Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Window Tint Manager to lead our window tinting operations. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality installation standards, exceptional customer service, and efficient team management. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily tinting projects, manage staff, and uphold safety protocols to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the window tinting team to ensure timely and precise installation of window films on various vehicle makes and models
- Oversee all aspects of tinting projects, from preparation to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Train team members on proper use of hand tools, power tools, and glass installation techniques including manual glass cutting and fitting
- Manage inventory of glass materials, tint films, and tools to ensure smooth workflow and minimize delays
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures related to power tool use, heavy lifting, and glass handling to prevent accidents
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, customer specifications, and project progress
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide accurate auto estimating for tinting services
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership automotive environments or automotive glass installation
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to auto body repair, auto glass replacement, and vehicle maintenance
- Expertise in window tinting techniques along with familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) considerations during tinting processes
- Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and handling various glass materials safely
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software
- Knowledgeable about automotive repair procedures including auto body repair and mechanic experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during detailing or tinting tasks

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
