Pay: $20 – $35 per hour, up to $1500 per week salary, or commission based available
Good Vibes Garage is looking for an experienced Window Tint Installer who takes genuine pride in the craft.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who notices what others overlook—the installer who cares about the final 5% because they understand that clean edges, zero contamination, and flawless heat shrinking are what separate good work from exceptional work.

Who We’re Looking For
The right person does more than just apply film—they genuinely love the craft.
You stay up to date on window films, plots, micro-edging techniques, and glass curvature dynamics. You understand that tinting involves much more than laying down film. You recognize how shop environment, glass preparation, heat control, blade pressure, and clean technique affect the finished result.
Most importantly, you take ownership of your work. You don’t need someone watching over you to care about quality. Your personal standards remain the same whether someone is inspecting your work or not.
What You’ll Do
- Computer-cut and hand-trim window film for complex automotive, residential, and commercial applications
- Complete precise heat-shrinking on curved rear windshields and side glass without creasing or fingers
- Prep glass thoroughly to achieve clean, bubble-free, and debris-free installations
- Execute tight, seamless micro-edges and custom cuts on frame-less and specialty windows
- Safely work with luxury, specialty, and enthusiast-owned vehicles
- Inspect completed installations and fix any imperfections before client delivery
- Remove old or damaged window tint safely without damaging glass or defroster lines
- Maintain a clean, dust-controlled, and organized working environment
- Follow established shop processes while continuing to refine your speed and technique
What We Expect
- 2+ years of professional window tinting experience (Automotive required; Flat Glass is a plus)
- Deep experience with high-end ceramic, carbon, and dyed window films
- Expertise with film-cutting software, plotters, and hand-shaping methods
- Exceptional attention to detail and clean technique
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Dependability, organization, and accountability
- Respect for clients’ vehicles, shop equipment, and fellow team members
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Physical agility to stretch, bend, kneel, and work inside tight vehicle cabins standard throughout the day

Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10am-6pm (Saturdays available at your discretion)
Compensation: Depending on experience and skills, up to $1500 per week with W-2 or 10-99 opportunities available.
Benefits: Weekends optional, performance bonuses, paid vacation, relocation assistance, occasional paid lunch.
