Primary Responsibilities
- Perform MIG (required), and TIG (Preferred), on metal components and assemblies, The work consists of approximately 95% aluminum and 5% stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Operate welding equipment and maintain tools properly
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and welding standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Required Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Experience with measuring tools and fabrication equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Compensation: Starting at $17/hr (Benefit Package Available)
