Welder/Fabricator Jobs in Caldwell, ID at Redband Fabrication
Fabricate and weld various products by reading blueprints and meeting the specifications/tolerances required in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in other work areas utilizing various machinery to cut and prep parts required to complete welded assemblies.
Job Duties:
- Perform MIG welding, grinding, and blueprint reading.
- Adjust and troubleshoot welding machines to produce and maintain high quality products.
- Examine detailed drawings and correctly understand specifications, materials, dimensions, etc. to fabricate products.
- Assemble parts and products by properly squaring and joining them by welding within the required tolerances.
- Finish products by cleaning and grinding them.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Cross trained to operate various machinery (Training provided).
- Assist on installation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AWS D1.1 FCAW Certified
- MIG welding experience (2+ years)
- Fitting experience
- Ability to read manufacturing prints and tolerances
- Ability to read Standard English tapes and digital angle gauges
- Ability to properly square and assemble products efficiently
Additional Qualifications:
- Forklift experience preferred
- TIG welding a plus

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
