Currently hiring candidates to work in our cannabis cultivation outdoor facility. Experience in cannabis cultivation is a plus but not required. This job is very physically demanding but rewarding as well.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in cannabis cultivation and horticulture a plus
- Familiarity with greenhouse operations and maintenance
- Experience in lawn care, farming, and landscaping
- Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Background in agriculture and gardening practices
