We are seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team and build a career operating our state-of-the-art heatset web presses. Previous printing experience is valuable, but it is not required. If you have a strong mechanical background, enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing quality work, and are eager to learn, we can provide the training and development to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to come from the printing industry to build a career with us. We are especially interested in individuals who have:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how complex equipment operates
- Experience working with machinery, equipment, automotive, maintenance, manufacturing, farming, construction, skilled trades, or another mechanically focused environment
- A willingness and desire to learn a skilled trade
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Basic math skills and solid written and verbal communication skills
- A safety-focused mindset
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
- A desire to continue learning, developing, and advancing professionally
Previous heatset web press or printing experience is a plus, but it is not required for mechanically inclined candidates with the right attitude and desire to learn.
