Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable DRIVER/LANDSCAPE professional to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. This role combines skilled driving with hands-on landscape and grounds maintenance, ensuring beautiful, safe, and well-maintained outdoor spaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating various groundskeeping equipment, executing landscape projects, and maintaining safety protocols to deliver exceptional results. Duties
- Safely operate trucks, trailers, and grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems to perform landscape tasks efficiently.
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and planting bed care to uphold aesthetic standards.
- Manage irrigation systems—installing, repairing, adjusting sprinklers and ensuring proper watering schedules for healthy plant growth.
- Conduct landscape improvements such as hardscape installation, tree trimming, gardening, and grounds enhancement projects.
- Identify plants and pests accurately to implement appropriate horticultural practices and pesticide management when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain clear pathways and driveways for safety and accessibility.

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and ground maintenance equipment operation.
- Extensive outdoor work experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, tree care, and gardening tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and landscape design fundamentals.
- Experience managing irrigation systems and troubleshooting related issues.
- Familiarity with pesticide management practices in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while performing physically demanding outdoor tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail in landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, planting, and hardscape work.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting on project progress or safety concerns.
