The Role: Field Leader (Foreman)
As a Field Leader at JOY Inc., you are entrusted with more than schedules and tools. You are responsible for people, culture, and outcomes.
You will:
- Lead crews with clarity, humility, and calm authority
- Own safety, quality, planning, and execution on your projects
- Develop apprentices and technicians through daily leadership and example
- Practice The JOYInc. Playbook and deliver the JOYInc. Experience. No passengers, no excuses.
