Pay: $30–$34 per hour, based on experience and certifications

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Water Damage & Mold Remediation Field Lead to lead field operations and help grow our restoration division.
This position is ideal for a restoration professional who can take ownership of projects, lead and develop technicians, solve job-site challenges independently, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, documentation, and customer service.
This is more than a field position. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a strong restoration operation and grow into greater leadership responsibility with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead water mitigation and mold remediation projects from initial setup through completion
- Supervise, train, and support field technicians
- Set up containment, drying equipment, air filtration, and other remediation systems properly
- Monitor drying progress and make necessary equipment or process adjustments
- Ensure accurate moisture mapping, photographs, notes, equipment logs, and job documentation
- Identify and resolve job-site problems proactively
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable industry standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, plumbers, vendors, insurance professionals, and company management
- Help develop field procedures, training standards, and operational best practices
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Participate in emergency and after-hours response when required
Required Qualifications
- Proven field experience in water damage mitigation and mold remediation
- Native in English or Fluent
- Previous experience supervising crews or leading restoration technicians
- Current Florida Mold Remediator license and any other licenses required for the responsibilities of the position
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of containment, moisture detection, structural drying, demolition, cleaning, and remediation procedures
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with restoration work
- Willingness to participate in emergency and after-hours assignments when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
- Additional IICRC certifications, such as AMRT, ASD, or FSRT
- Experience with restoration job-management and documentation software
- Experience helping build or expand a restoration operation
- Existing professional relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance professionals, or other referral partners
- Experience training and developing field technicians.
Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
