Responsibilities
Our client in the mining industry is looking for Warehouse Controller to oversee storage, handling and inventory of materials to ensure safe and
efficient operations
. This is a contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
To contribute to the optimisation and continuous improvement of warehouse initiatives, conducting Inbound Logistics processes in adherence to Governance, Legal, and SHE requirements, while upholding a high standard of housekeeping.
To carry out all relevant Warehouse-related SAP transactions and maintain the safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
Shift / Overtime – In line with emergencies and site requirements
Requirements
Code 10 Driver’s licence
National Diploma or Degree in operations management, supply chain management or commerce
Knowledge in pallet racking systems and safety regulations
Forklift License
3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse management
