Overview
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for a tile manufacturing company. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Monitor and analyse inventory levels to optimize storage space and reduce costs
Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
Maintain accurate records of inventory and monitor stock levels for restocking purposes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of product handling and storage
Requirements:
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
