Minimum Requirements:
Matric
ITC and Criminal Clear
FAIS, RE, and CPD Hours (Within DOFA to complete FAIS)
Minimum 3 years solid sales experience within the insurance industry
Experience in Short Term Personal Lines
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales from leads provided and referrals
Focus on Short Term Insurance products
Achieve targets set out by relevant campaigns
Conduct needs analysis with clients
Follow up on scheduled callbacks promptly
Adhere to legislative requirements and quality assurance guidelines
Optimize leads usage for maximum positive performance
