Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Consultant located in Umhlanga. The primary responsibilities include securing new business through prospecting and referrals, servicing existing clients, and building strong relationships within the financial services industry. The role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identify opportunities, provide financial advice, and facilitate long-term wealth creation for clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance services
- Strong foundation in Finance and Retirement Planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of clients and economically active individuals
- Drive and ambition with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Willingness to see Brokers at their office in greater Durban area
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Previous experience in financial advisory or insurance is advantageous
- Own car and laptop
