We are a fast-growing sales and consulting firm hiring Verizon Representatives to support Verizon’s customer enrollment and activation process. The Verizon Representative position is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to build a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications.
As a Verizon Representative, you will help new customers complete the final steps of signing up for Verizon wireless services. You’ll guide customers through plan selection, enrollment, and device activation while ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience from start to finish. No prior Verizon Representative experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do as a Verizon Representative
- Assist customers with Verizon wireless plan sales enrollment and account setup
- Walk customers through device activation and basic setup
- Clearly explain pricing, plans, and service options
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in internal systems
- Provide solutions to customer questions and ensure a positive experience
- Troubleshoot basic activation or enrollment issues
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to complete enrollments
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction
Qualifications for a Verizon Representative
