My name’s Julien (founder), and at Home Run Marketing, we help painting companies scale by helping them become the go-to painter in their local market with owner generated ads on FB & IG, our team then handles their leads and schedules them for our clients, and to make sure they win, we provide sales coaching & business guidance.
In the first 3 months, our average client generates an 11.2x ROAS, and I need YOU to help us continue delivering these amazing results.

Work 1-1 with me (the founder) to help shape the Media Buyer position.

“And What Do My Responsibilities Look Like?”
Launch, manage, and optimize FB and IG campaigns with full ownership of results.
Communicate clearly and consistently so the team always knows what’s going on.
Come up with fresh front-end strategies — new angles, creatives, offers, and copy ideas.
Set up new clients inside our systems.
Create and refine SOPs and systems — we move fast, and your work should be structured and scalable.
Troubleshoot issues quickly — whether it’s Meta, GoHighLevel, or other tools we use.
“What Are The Requirements?”
Perfect spoken & written English.
A solid understanding of Facebook ads.
Amazing communication & team collaboration skills.
Fast learner. If you’re a slow learner, this isn’t for you.
Details:
Salary: Base USD$1,800/month + Bonuses (OTE 2.6k to 3.5k+)
Hours: 40-45h per week.
Days: Monday to Friday.
Schedule: 10am to 6pm Eastern time.
