We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Incredible Connection team as a Trainee Manager. The Trainee Manager will work alongside experienced managers to learn the ropes of overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supervising employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Learn and understand all aspects of the business, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing training for current employees.
Help with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
