Duties
- Operate flatbed and traditional tow trucks with precision, adhering to cargo securement protocols and safety standards
- Perform vehicle recovery towing, including accident scenes and breakdowns, with expert vehicle mechanics knowledge
- Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting, minor mechanical repairs, and automotive diagnostics to assess towing needs
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks using proper manual techniques and mechanical tools
- Manage cargo securement protocols to ensure vehicles are transported securely without damage
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients and offering professional assistance during stressful situations
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, shift reports, incident documentation, and vehicle details
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair, automotive diagnostics, or mechanic work with a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics for truck drivers
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in commercial truck driving and safe vehicle operation during night shifts
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, basic vehicle troubleshooting, and minor mechanical repairs
- Familiarity with flatbed tow trucks, car towing procedures, load & unload techniques, and cargo securement protocols
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
- Prior experience in vehicle recovery towing or vehicle mechanics for truck drivers is highly desirable

Pay: $970.24 – $2,000.00 per week
