Texas Real Estate Broker Partner Jobs in Kingwood, TX at Omada Real Estate
Texas Broker-Partner — Build & Lead an Omada Market
This is not a salaried managing-broker position.
We’re looking for something different.
Omada is expanding into Texas, beginning in Corpus Christi, and we’re searching for a Texas-licensed broker who wants to build a business, lead a market and participate in the value they help create.
If you’re primarily looking for a guaranteed salary in exchange for supervising transactions and compliance, this probably isn’t the right opportunity.
If you’re the kind of person who has thought:
“I’d love to build my own brokerage, but I don’t want to spend years and hundreds of thousands of dollars building all the infrastructure myself.”
Build Something Worth Owning
We aren’t looking for someone to simply hang their broker license with Omada.
And we aren’t looking for an employee to babysit an office.
We’re looking for a builder.
Someone who wants to recruit agents, develop producers, personally close business, build a profitable local operation and grow alongside Omada as we expand throughout Texas.
You bring the Texas broker’s license, leadership, local knowledge and entrepreneurial drive.
We bring the platform.
That includes leads, technology, CRM, systems, coaching, training, recruiting support, marketing infrastructure and the operational foundation we’ve already spent years developing.
There is no large franchise fee and no massive upfront buy-in.
Instead of starting at zero, the right broker gets the opportunity to start with an operating platform behind them.
Your Income Isn’t Limited to Managing a Brokerage
This opportunity is designed around building multiple potential income streams, not collecting a fixed paycheck.
Depending on final structure, market development, production and applicable regulations, those opportunities can include:
- Personally converting company-generated real estate opportunities
- Building personal production
- Growing agent and office production
- Participating in revenue-sharing opportunities
- Building an organization that can create recurring economic value
- Participating in approved services and business opportunities within the broader Omada ecosystem
- Expanding into additional opportunities as Omada grows
The opportunity grows when the business grows.
That also means this isn’t the right fit for everyone.
There is no promise that simply holding the broker position produces a particular income.
We’re looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity rather than a drawback.
We Don’t Want Hundreds of Licenses. We Want Producers.
A brokerage doesn’t become successful because it has a giant agent count.
Agents need to close deals.
That’s a major difference in what we’re building.
Omada provides company-generated lead opportunities, including programs such as Zillow Flex where available, along with additional buyer and seller lead-generation channels as markets develop.
The local broker can personally work eligible opportunities while building the office.
As productive agents are recruited, opportunities can be distributed to them as well.
Then we provide the technology, training, coaching and systems designed to help turn those opportunities into closings.
The flywheel is simple:
More opportunities → More producing agents → More closings → Stronger reputation → Easier recruiting → More productive agents → Stronger brokerage.
We don’t want an office filled with agents who never transact.
We want to build an office filled with people who produce.
Omada Means Team
Omada means “team.”
That’s how we intend to operate across state lines.
You lead your local market, but you don’t build it alone.
Our brokers collaborate, share what’s working and solve the real problems involved in growing a brokerage.
We hold weekly broker coaching focused on areas such as recruiting, retention, lead conversion, agent accountability, production, profitability, leadership, culture, systems and leverage.
As Omada expands, lessons learned in one market should make every other market stronger.
Local leadership. One company. One team.
Don’t Rebuild What We’ve Already Built
Starting an independent brokerage means building nearly everything yourself:
Technology. CRM. Compliance. Training. Recruiting. Lead generation. Marketing. Insurance. Vendors. Systems. Coaching. Administrative processes.
We’ve already built much of that infrastructure.
The goal is to give entrepreneurial brokers a turnkey operating platform so they can concentrate on what actually creates value:
Leadership. Recruiting. Agent development. Production. Growth.
Where Texas regulations, insurance requirements and our final brokerage structure allow, we also intend to leverage shared statewide infrastructure and costs instead of unnecessarily duplicating them market by market.
Give Agents Something Worth Joining
Omada is a low-fee, small-cap brokerage built around a simple idea:
Instead of extracting more money from agents, help them make more money.
Our agent platform can include company-generated lead opportunities, Zillow Flex opportunities where available, CRM and technology, training, coaching, mentorship, revenue-sharing opportunities, listing and marketing support, agent websites, database marketing, photography, sign installation, Zillow Showcase where available and additional à la carte business services.
That gives the local broker something meaningful to recruit with.
Who Should Apply?
You might be exactly who we’re looking for if you’re a Texas broker who wants to:
- Build a brokerage business rather than simply manage one
- Personally produce while building the organization
- Recruit and develop productive agents
- Build multiple potential income streams
- Lead people and create culture
- Leverage an existing platform rather than reinvent everything
- Participate economically in something you’re helping grow
- Build beyond a single office or market
- Create something that could become significantly more valuable over time
You might already own a small brokerage and be tired of carrying all the overhead yourself.
Maybe you’ve considered opening your own company but don’t want to reinvent every system.
Maybe your current brokerage limits what you can build.
Or maybe you’ve reached the point in your career where building something is more interesting than simply having another job.
Starting in Corpus Christi. Thinking Much Bigger.
Corpus Christi is where we’re beginning.
It isn’t where the vision ends.
We’re building an Omada Texas footprint, and we’re looking for the right people to build it with us.
We care considerably more about finding the right entrepreneurial broker-partner than filling a position quickly.
About Omada
Omada has grown organically into one of Utah’s fastest-growing brokerages.
Our philosophy is simple:
Empower brokers to better serve their agents.
Help agents close more deals.
Give the people who help build the company opportunities to participate in its growth.
You don’t need to spend years building the infrastructure alone.
You bring the license, leadership, local knowledge and ambition.
We bring the leads, technology, systems, coaching, infrastructure and team.
You build the business with us.
Before You Apply
Please understand that this is an entrepreneurial broker-partner opportunity, not a traditional guaranteed-salary managing-broker position.
If that distinction excites you rather than scares you, we’d like to talk.
Apply through Indeed and tell us:
What have you built before?
What Texas market do you know best?
And what would you build if you had leads, systems, technology and an experienced team behind you?
Final responsibilities, compensation, ownership or participation opportunities, revenue-sharing programs, lead programs, insurance arrangements, geographic scope and Texas brokerage structure will depend on applicable law, regulatory and insurance requirements, compliance review, program availability and mutually agreed terms. Nothing in this posting is intended to offer compensation for referrals where prohibited by law.
