Requirements :

2-4 years’ experience in a similar role

Minimum of 2 years working in an office / corporate environment

Relevant Post Matric Qualification

Responsibilities :

Manage reception, switchboard, visitor management, deliveries, meeting rooms, basic AV, and cleaning staff

Coordinate with security and manage parking for employees and visitors

Forecast, purchase, and deliver office supplies. Oversee asset management

Oversee kitchen and other back-office operations

Handle travel arrangements and reconciliation tasks

Support the Talent Management Team with internal events, catering, and value-add activities

Serve as the escalation point for office issues

Work with the global Facilities Team to operate within an assigned budget
